Media Library

Welcome to the Media Library for First Baptist Church. Our Interim Media Librarian Heather Henderson, invites all Sunday School and FBC members to view our collection of Christian and clean, secular recreational books, books on tape, videos ,CDs and DVDs. Our  library collection is designed to strengthen the educational and evangelistic program of our church. Stop by during our hours of operations and experience the spiritual and educational growth that personally awaits you in the FBC Media Library.

 

Hours of Operation:
Sunday  8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Wednesday 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Policies:
– FBC Sunday School and/or church members may check out materials
– All collection items may be checked out for two weeks.  Items may be renewed either in person or by calling (325) 675-8130

 

Media Ministry:

The Media Library offers CD and DVD copies of the “Sunday Morning Worship Hour ”  upon request through the church office (325) 673-5031.

 

Memorials and Donations:
Monetary donations may be made to the FBC Media Library as “Memorials” or in “Honor of” people or special occasions.

  • City of Abilene History
  • First Baptist Church History:  Our church historian, Sondra Seamster, has spent many years collecting and restoring the 125 year history of First Baptist Church.  This collection is housed in our Library and includes narratives, photographs, printed materials and physical artifacts.
