City Light Community Ministries (City Light) seeks to spread the love and power of Jesus Christ through serving, teaching, and connecting with the various groups common to the downtown Abilene area. City Light seeks to live each day motivated by Jeremiah 29:7 which calls us to “seek the peace and prosperity” of our city. City Light lives out God’s love in action on a day to day basis. 

To be the presence of Christ in our community, City Light engages with neighbors to help with their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual growth. We do so through community meals, case management, showers, Rockin’ Moms, Sunday morning worship, and a culinary academy. 

You can be involved with CLCM by volunteering your time, praying for our volunteers, and donating your financial gifts that allow us to further our ministry to our city.
