Matthew Broyles serves as our Pastor for College and Young Adults. Matthew graduated in May 2008 from the University of Texas-Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and then from Logsdon Seminary in May 2012 with a Master of Divinity. Before coming to Abilene in 2018, he served as Youth Minister at First Baptist Church, Baird; Youth Minister at First Baptist Church, Hereford, TX;  Pastoral Resident at Wilshire Baptist Church, Dallas, TX; and Pastor of ESIC Baptist Church in Edwardsville, Illinois. Matthew is married to Katie, who is a schoolteacher. They are the proud parents of Rosie Kate and Lincoln.
